How is my order being shipped?
Our packages are located in different warehouses within the USA and around the globe. Doing this means we ship all parcels depending on the quantity of your products. We rely on several couriers to delivery your order as soon as possible, this could be USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or normal post.
Do you ship worldwide?
Indeed we do. This is one of our best services we offer to our customers. We provide free shipping worldwide to over 160 countries. However, there may be some locations in which we cannot ship too. If this is the case, you will be contacted as a mater of emergency, receiving a full refund for your goods.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once we have shipped the items. When purchasing our products, you consent that one or more of your packages may be shipped to you and you may get a custom fee when they arrive in your country.
Missing package?
Occasionally, there may be an issue or a problem with shipping, which is unfortunately out of our control, and comes down to the individual shipping service used, and any possible security/customs hold-ups's. If your item has not arrived in the time specified below, please contact our support team who will be able to assist you further.

*All Signed and Express packages will be shipped with a signature delivery required. If you choose an option without signature, it will be a your own risk.
